Hey,
Reflection on the coffee must be sharper ..crisp , blur the reflections on your spoon a little its revealing the hdri enviroment. try using sss for the sugar cubes, and the rose petals need to have more bright colors now there are more of blacks. the napkins look floating .. create a cloth and let it fall from a height it will look convincing. also try experimenting with your composition..check out sites like pbase, flickr and other photography blogs for still life composition... other wise the idea is nice... just some constructive C&C..
